Who are we
The Simmering Cauldron are Angela (Greenfox) Moore and Tony (the Bear) Haskins
We started the Simmering Cauldron market stall in January 2005 after we ‘escaped’ from the unreal world of salaried employment. Our first stalls were in the Town Hall of the small market town of Bishop's Castle in Shropshire.
Shortly afterwards we began having a regular stall in the Town Hall Market in Welshpool and subsequently Newtown Market Hall. We currently attend the Welshpool ‘Village Market’ on Mondays and Newtown ‘Indoor Market’ on Tuesdays.
During 2007 we started to organise and promote our own events, these being Mind Body Spirit Fairs and a unique Yuletide Fair. Latest information and photo galleries of these events can be found can be found on the MBS and Mystic Alley pages.
We also travel to a number of special events organised by others including pagan conferences and camps, healing days and festivals around the country.
We look forward to attending more special events and welcome invitations to any that are being planned.

In 2008 we started another new venture when we began on-line selling over the Internet. Initially only oils and incense were available but as this part of our work has grown we have added new lines.
Yet another development followed on from our experience of acting as celebrants at a family ‘life’ event. This has spurred us on to investigate the possibility of officiating at other life events such as ‘baby naming’, ‘marriages’, other partnership celebrations, and funerals. We conducted our first baby naming in July 2010.
We look forward to meeting you sometime in the markets, at an event or maybe receiving an on-line order. Check our Diary to see where we are when.
